What is known as Takbeer-e-Tahrima ?

The sixth qualification of Salaah is Takbeer-e-Tahrima, meaning when you make the Niyyat and then say Allahu Akbar, this is known as Takbeer-e-Tahrima. As soon as you say this takbeer the Salaah begins, this is compulsory and the Salaah does not start without doing this.

If the Muqtadee said the Takbeer-e-Tahrima before the Imam, then he will be excluded from the Jamaat prayer.
