- Tayammum

Jiska Wazu naho ya nahane ki zarurath ho aur pani par khudrath naho toh Wazu aur Gusl ki Jagah Tayammum kare.

Pani par khudrath na hone ke chand suratein:
I.Bimari:

1.   Aaisi bimari ho ke Wazu ya Gusl se iska badhne ka sahi andesha ho, khud aazmaya ho ya parhezgaar musalmaan hakim ne kaha ho.

2.  Garam pani se ya garam waqt(dopahar-afternoon) Gusl ya Wazu kar sakhta hai toh Tayammum jayiz nahi.

3.   Agar kisi khaas aaza me pani nuqsaan karta hai aur baaki me nahi toh jisme nuqsaan karta hai uss par masa’a kare aur baaki ko dhoole.

4.   Agar kisi aaza par masa’a bhi nuqsaan karta ho toh, aaza par kapade daalkar uss par masa’a kare.

5.    Zakham ke kinare kinare jahan tak paani nuqsaan nakare, patti wagaira khool kar dhoona farz hai, agar patti kholne me toh nuqsaan ho toh patti par masa’a kare.

II. Pani ke liye Talash:

1.  Apne charon taraf ek ek meel(Kilo Miter) tak paani ka pata nahi toh Tayammum jayiz, bina talaash ke najayiz.

2.  Bina talaash ke Tayammum karke namaaz padhli aur talaash karne par milgaya toh namaaz ko iyada (dohrana) laazim hai.

3.    Namaaz padhte me kisi ke paas paani dekha aur gumaan gaalib hai ke mangne se dega toh namaaz todhke paani maange.

4.   Panni talaash karne me qafila nazar se gayib hojaya ya rail chali jayegi toh Tayammum jayiz ahi

III. Dool Rassi Na hoo:

Jungal me dool rassi nahi ke paani bhare toh Tayammum jayiz hai.

IV. Najaasath Lagahoo

Badan ya kapade par itni najaasath hai ke, jitni najaasath ke hote huye namaaz jayiz nahi aur paani sirf itna hai ke chahe Wazu kare ya najaasath door kare, toh paani se najaasath dhoye aur phir dhone ke baad Tayammum kare, Tayammum pehele nakare.

VI. Namaaz Chutrahi hoo tho
Wazu ya Gusl karne se Eidain ya namaaze janaaze jaati rahegi toh Tayammum jayiz hai.

Wazu karne me zohar, magrib ya isha ya juma ki pichli sunnaton ka ya chaast ka waqt jata raha toh Tayammum karke padhle. Wazu ya Gusl karke iyada(dohrana) karna lazim hai.

v  Qur’aan sharif chune keliye ya sajda-e-tilawat karne keliye ya sajda-e-shukar ada karne keliye ya Tayammum jayiz nahi, jab ke paani par khudrath ho.

Tayammum ka tariqa:

Niyyat karke, Bismillah sharif padhkar, apne dono haaton ke ungaliyoun ko kushada karke kisi aaisi paak cheez par jo zameen ki qism se ho, maarkar uthaalijiye aur agar ziyada gard lagjaye toh chaadlijiye aur uss se saare chehre ka iss tarha masa’a kare ke koyi hissa sukha na rahe, phir dubara issi tarha zameen par maarkar dono haaton ke naakhoon se lekar kohniyoun sameth masa’a kare behtar tariqa ye hai ke ulthe haat ke angothe ke alawa char ungaliyoun ka pet seedhe haat ki pushth par rakhe aur ungaliyoun ke sarse kohniyoun tak lejaye phir wahan se ulte hi haat ki hateli se seedhe haat ke pet ko masa’a karte huye ghatto tak laye aur ulte angothe ke pet se seedhe anghote ke pushth ka masa’a kare, iss tarha seedhe haat ulta haat ko masa’a kare.

1) Saare chehre par haat phere baal baraabar koyi jagah baaki na rahjaye nahi toh Tayammum na hoga, ussi tarha haato ko bhi.

2)     Daadhi, moonche, bhawoon ke baalon par haat pherna zaruri hai.

3)  Agar ungaliyoun me gard na pahunchi ho toh khilal karna farz hai nahi toh sunnath hai aur issi tarha daadhi me bhi.

4)   Gusl aur Wazu keliye ek hi niyyat kaafi hai aur unka Tayammum ek hi tarha hota hai.


Kin cheezon se Tayammum jayiz

Jambis: Zamin se jayiz hai chahe upar warna nahi.
Jambis: Jo cheez aag se jalkar na raakh hoti hai, na pakti hai, na naram hoti hai.
Maslan: Mitti, Gard, Chuna, Surma.
1)   Jisse Tayammum kar rahe hai, woh paak hona zaruri hai.

2)   Jiss cheez par najaasath giri aur sukhgayi, iss se Tayammum nahi hoga, namaaz pad sakhte hai.

3)  Raakh se Tayammum nahi ho sakta, agar khaakh me raakh miljaye aur khaakh zyada ho toh Tayammum jayiz hai.

4)   Bhigi mitti se Tayammum jayiz jab ke mitti galib ho.

5)  Agar kisi lakadi ya kapade wagaira par itni gurd hai ke haat maarne se ungaliyoun ka nishaan banjaye toh iss se Tayammum jayiz hai.

6)    Pakki eent(Brick) par Tayammum jayiz hai.

7)    Kaanch ke diwaar par jayiz hai.

8)  Masjid me soo raha tha Gusl farz hogaya toh jahan tha wahi fauran Tayammum karle, phir baahar nikal aaye taakhir karna haraam hai.

9)  Angothi ya ghadi wagaira pehene ho toh utaar kar unke niche haat pherna farz hai.

10) Hoont ka woh hissa jo aadatan muh band hone ki haalath me dikhayi deta ho iss par masa’a hona zaruri hai.

11)  Diwaar par oil paint, plastic paint, met fansh ya wall paper wagaira koyi aisi cheez nahi honi chahiye jo jinse zameen ke alawa ho, maarbal ho toh koyi haraj nahi.

Tayammum ko todne wali cheezain:
1) Jin cheezon se Wazu toot jata hai aur Gusl wajib ho jata hai, inn se Tayammum jaata rahega aur paani par khudrath hone par bhi toot jayega.

2)  Aaise makhaam par guzra ke paani ek meel(Kilo Miter) ke andar tha, Tayammum toot gaya paani tak pahunchna zaruri nahi.

3)   Mariz ne Gusl ka Tayammum kiya tha aur aub itna tandarust hogaya ke nahana nuqsaan na karega toh Tayammum jata rahega.

4)    Itna paani mila ke sirf aaza ya Wazu ek ek baar dho sakhte hai toh toot jayega.

5)   Kisine Gusl aur Wazu ke liye ek hi Wazu kiya tha, phir Wazu tootne waali koyi cheez paayi gayi ya itna paani mila jiss se sirf Wazu kar sakhte hai, Bimaar tha aur aub tandarust hogaya Wazu nuqsaan na karega, toh sirf Wazu ke haq me Tayammum jata rahe aur Gusl ke haq me nahi.

Tayammum Ke Farayiz
1)    Niyyat.
2)    Saare chehre par haat pherna.
3)    Kohniyoun sameth doono haaton ka masa’a karna.

Tayammum ke sunnatein
1)  Bismillah sharif kehena.

2)  Haaton ko zamin par maarna.

3)  Zamin par haat maarkar loot dena yaani haat aage piche ghissna.

4)  Ungaliyoun ko khuli rakhna.

5)  Haaton ko chaadlena yaani ek haat ke angothe ki jad ko dusre haat ke angothe ki jad par maarna magar yeh ehtiyaat rahe ke taali ki awaaz paida na ho.

6)   Pehle chehre par haat ka masa’a karna.

7)   Dono ka masa’a pe darpe karna.

8)   Pehle seedhe, phir ulte haat ka masa’a karna.

9)   Daadhi ka khilaal karna.

10) Ungaliyoun ka khilaal karna jab ke gubaar pahunch gaya ho, agar gubaar na pahuncha ho toh khilaal farz hai, khilaal ke liye dubara zamin par haat karna zaruri nahi.
