- Namaz

Namaaz ka choor:

Hazrathe Syyidina Abu Qatada se rivayat hai, Taajdare Madina, qaraare qalb-o-seena, faiz-e-ganzina, sahibe mu’atar pasina Swallallaahu Alaihi wa swallam ka farmane ba karina hai. “Logo me battareen choor wo hai jo apne namaazon me choori kare,”  arz kiya gaya, ya Rasoolullah Swallallaahu Alaihi wa swallam Namaaz ka choor koun hai ?  Woh jo namaaz me namaaz ke ruku aur sajde pore na kare.

Namaaz ke Sharayith:
1)   Taharat
2)   Satre Aurat
3)   Istagbaale Qiblah
4)   Waqt
5)   Niyyat
6)   Takbire Tehrima

1) Taharat:  Namaazi ka badan, libaas aur jiss jagah namaaz padhna chahata hai uss jagah ka har kisam ki najaasath se paak hona zaruri hai.

Najaasath:  Najaasath 2 qism ki hai.
1)  Najaasathe Galiza
2)  Najaasathe Khafifa

1) Najaasathe Galiza:  Aadmi ke badan se jo aisi cheez nikle jiss se Wazu ya Gusl jata raha, woh Najaasathe Galiza.
Ex: Paakhana, peshaab, bahataa khoon, peeb, muh bhar ke qai, mani, mazi, dukhti huwi aankh ka paani, sharaab.
Note:  1) Har jaanwar ka bahata khoon, unka paakhana wagaira wagaira.

            2) Doodh pite bachcha (ladka ya ladki) ka pishaab Najaasathe Galiza hai.

            3) Sherkhor bachcha ne doodh ki qai ki agar muh bhar hai toh Najaasathe                                                 Galiza.
          4) Kutta, chitte aur dusre darinde, chopaaliyoun ka lu’aab Najaasa Galiza.  
          
           5) Bila zarurath shart tark kiya toh namaaz toot jayegi

Najaasathe Galiza lag jaaye toh kya kare ?

1) Najaasathe Galiza agar kapde ya badan par ek dirham se ziyada lag jaye toh uska paak karna farz hai, bagair paak kiye namaaz na hogi.

2) Agar dirham ke baraabar hai toh paak karna wajib hai, ke bagair paak namaaz padhe toh makruh-e-tehrimi, wajib-ul-ada hai (namaaz phir se padhna wajib hai).

3) Agar dirham se kam hai toh paak karna sunnath, bagair paak namaaz padhe toh namaaz ho jayegi, magar sunnath ke khilaaf hai.

Najaasathe Galiza 2 qism ki hai:

1)   Gaadi Najaasath :  Paakhana, gobar, wagaira.
2)   Patli Najaasath:     Pishaab, sharaab, wagaira.

Note: 
1) Najaasath naap ne me ye dekhe agar gaadi najaasath ho toh uska wazan dekhe aur patli najaasath ho toh uski lambayi, chaudayi dekhe yani boundary dekhe.

                    2) Dirham ka wazan Shariyath me 4, 5 maasha hai aur dirham ke chaudayi, lambayi se yahan muraad takriban hateli ki gherayi ke baraabar hai jo ek rupaye ke phelaawo ke baraabar jagah hoti hai.  

 Najaasathe Khafifa:  Jin jaanwar ka goosht halaal hai unka peshaab aur jin parindon ka goosht haraam hai, unka beet woh Najaasathe Khafifa hai.

Ex: Gaaye, bail, bakari, ount, kawwa.

Note:  1) Ghoode ka doodh paak hai, magar usko peena jayiz nahi.
             2) Jo haal parinde ounche udte hai jaise kabutar, maina ke peet paak hai.
            3) Chamkadar ki pet aur peshaab dono paak hai.
            4) Machli aur paani ke digar jaanwar aur khatmal aur machchar ka khoon                         paak hai.

Agar Najaasathe Khafifa lag jaaye toh kya kare?

Agar Najaasathe Khafifa kapde ya badan par lagi ho aur woh chauthayi se kam hai toh maaf hai yani namaaz ho jayegi, agar chauthayi ke baraabar ho ya chauthayi se ziyada ho toh dhoona zaruri hai warna namaaz nahi hogi.

Note:
1) Najaasathe Galiza ya Najaasathe Khafifa kapde ya badan ke alaawa, koyi ek khatra bhi gir jaaye toh, woh najis hai, agar woh dhadarda naho, Ex: Paani, doodh, sarkah wagaira.

2) Agar Najaasathe Galiza, Najaasathe Khafifa me mil jaaye toh, woh Najaasathe Galiza ho jayegi.

3) Kapde ya badan par chand jagah Najaasathe Galiza hai aur kisi jagah dirham ke baraabar nahi, magar jamah dirham ke baraabar hai toh dirham ke baraabar samjhi jayegi waisehi Najaasathe Khafifa me, magar yahan chauthayi hissa dekha jayega.

4)  Peshaab ki cheente suyi ki nouk ke baraabar badan ya kapde par padh jaaye toh kapde aur badan paak hai, agar aisa kapda paani me padh gaya toh paani bhi napaak na hoga.

5)  Namaaz me, jaib wagaira me sharaab ya peshaab ya khoon ki shishi hai toh namaaz nahi hogi.

6)  Raaste ka kichad paak hai, jab tak uska najas hona maalum na ho, namaaz ho jayegi dhoolena behtar hai.

7)   Musalmaan (mard aur aurat) ka jhuta paak hai.

8)   Kafir ka jhuta paak hai, magar bachna chahiye.

9)   Jin jaanwar ka goosht khaya jaata hai unka jhuta paak hai.

10)  Jo murgi chalti phirti hai aur galiza me muh daalti hai, uska jhuta makruh hai aur jo bandh raheti hai toh paak hai.

11)  Ghoode ka jhuta paak hai.

12)  Suwar, Kutta, Sher, cheeta aur dusre darindon ka jhuta na paak hai.

13) Ghar me rehene wale jaanwar jaise Billi, Chuha, Saanp, Chipkali ka jhuta makruh hai.

14)  Paani me rehene wale jaanwar ka jhuta paak hai, unki paidayish paani me ho ya na ho.

15)  Kawwe ka jhuta makruh hai.

16)  Baaz, Shukra, Cheel, Kawwa, agar paale shikar ke liye sikhaye huwe ho aur choonch me najaasath na lagi ho toh uska jhuta paak hai.


2) Satre Aurat: Naaf ke niche se lekar ghutno sameth badan ka hissa chupana namaazi ke liye shart hai. 

1) Mard ke liye bagair namaaz ke haalath me, Satre aurat wala hissa chupana farz hai.

2) Agar aisa baarik kapda pehna jiss se badan ka woh hissa jiska namaaz me chupana farz hai, nazar aaye ya jild (chamda) ka rang zahir ho toh namaaz na hogi, aur aisa baarik kapda pehna namaaz ke alaawa bhi haraam hai.

3) Resham ka kapda mard ke liye haraam hai aur iss kapde me namaaz makruh ho jaati hai.

4) Agar na paak kapde ke siwa koyi kapde nahi aur paak karne ki koyi bhi surath nahi ho toh na paak kapde hisse satar karke namaaz padhe.

  3) Istagbaale Qiblah: Namaaz me kaa’ba sharif ke taraf rukh karna.
1) Namaazi ne bila-uzr jaan boojh kar kaa’ba se seena pherdiya, agarche fauran hi qible ke taraf ho gaya, namaaz faasid ho gayi.

2) Agar bila qasad phir gaya aur ba-qadar 3 baar Subhanallah kehne ke waqfe se Pehle wapas qiblah rukh hogaye toh namaaz faasid na hoyi.

3) Agar muh qible se phera toh wajib hai ke fauran qible ki taraf muh karle aur namaaz na jayegi, magar bila-uzr makruh-e-tehrimi hai.

4) Agar aisi jagah par hai, jahan qible ki shanakhat ka koyi zariyah nahi hai na koyi aisa musalmaan hai jiss se pooch kar maalum kiya ja sake toh soche aur jidhar qibla hona dil par jame udhar hi rukh karle, aap ke haq me wahi qibla hai.

5) Sooch kar namaaz padhli, baad me maalum huwa ke qible ki taraf namaaz nahi padhi, uss namaaz ko lautaane ki haajath nahi hai.     

6) Ek ki sooch par dusra bhi wahi rukh karke namaaz nahi padh sakta.

7) Kisi ke paas amanath ka maal hai aur jaanta hai, qibla ruh hone me chori ho jayegi, toh jiss taraf chahe rukh karke namaaz padhe.

8) Tehri karke (sooch kar) namaaz padh raha tha, darmiyan me agarche sooch me badlav aaya ya galti maalum hoyi toh farz hai ke fauran ghoom jaaye, fauran nahi ghooma, 3 martaba Subhanallah kehene ke baraabar deir ki toh namaaz na hogi.

4) Waqt:  Jo namaaz padhna hai uska waqt hona zaruri hai.

            Makruh Waqt:  Awkhate makruh 3 hai.

1) Tulu-e-aaftaab:  Se lekar 20 minute baad tak suraj ka kinare nikalne se lekar poora (dhoop) nikalne ke baad tak.

2) Gurub-e-aaftaab:  Se lekar 20 minute pehle tak suraj doobne se 20 minute pehle tak.

3)   Nisfun nahaar:  Zahawa-e-quburya se lekar zawaal aaftaab tak.
Iss se maalum karne ka tariqa ye hai ke jiss waqt subho sadiq shuru hogi uss waqt se lekar suraj doobne tak jitne ghante ho, inke 2 hisse kare, pehle hisse khatam par nisfun nahar shuru ho jayegi aur suraj dhalte hi khatam ho jayegi.

1) Inn teeno waqton me tilawathe Qur’aan behtar hai, behtar ye hai ke zikr wa darood sharif me mashgul rahe. 

2) Inn teeno waqton me koyi namaaz jayiz nahi, na farz, wajib, sunnath, nafil na kaza.

3) Uss rooz ki asar ki namaaz nahi padhi toh agarche aaftaab(suraj) doobtha ho padhle magar deir karna haraam.

4)  Isha ki namaaz padhne se pehle sona makruh hai.

5) Isha ki namaaz ke baad duniyan ki baatein karna ya aise kahani sunna makruh hai.

6) Subho sadiq se aaftaab nikalne tak zikre Ilahi ke siwa har baath makruh hai. 

7) Subho sadiq se lekar suraj nikalne tak koyi nafil jayiz nahi.

8) Namaaz-e-asr padhne ke baad se aaftaab zard hone tak nafil padhna mana hai,  kaza-e-umri namaaz padh sakte hai.

9) Koyi aisi baath ho jis se dil ko itmenaan na ho aur khushu me faraq aaye toh aisi surath me namaaz padhna makruh hai.

5) Niyyat:  Niyyat dil ke pakke iraade ka naam hai zubaan se kahena afzal hai.

1)  Muqtadi ko iqteda ki niyyath zaruri hai.

2)  Imaam ko imaam ki niyyath karlena zaruri hai.

3)  Agar imaam ne imaam hone ki niyyat na ki jab bhi muqtadiyou ki namaaz iske piche sahi hai lekin sawaab jamaat ka na payega.

4)   Sajdaye shukr, agarche nafil hai, uski bhi niyyat zaruri hai.

5)  Niyyat me zubaan se kahena itebaar nahi yani dil me agar zohar ki niyyat ho aur zubaan se lafze aur nikal gaya toh zohar ki namaaz hogi.

6)  Niyyat ka adna darja ye hai ke koyi agar uss waqt puche ke kounsi namaaz padhte ho? Toh fauran bataade agar haalath aise hai ke sooch kar batayega toh namaaz na hoyi.

6) Takbire Tehrima:  Niyyat ke waqt jo “Allaahu Akbar” kahi jaati hai usko Takbire Tehrima kehte hai.
1) Namaaz ko Allaahu Akbar keh kar shuru karna zaruri hai, Allaahu Azamu Ya Subhanallah kahe toh bhi namaaz shuru ho jayegi, magar ye tabdili makruh-e-tehrimi hai.

2) Muqtadi ne imaam se pehle takbir keh diya toh jamaat me shamil na ho aur uski namaaz nahi hogi.

3) Muqtadi ne Takbire tehrima ka lafz Allaahu imaam ke saath kaha, magar Akbar imaam se pehle khatam kar liya toh namaaz na hogi.

4) Imaam ko ruku me paaye aur Takbire tehrima keheta huwa ruku me gaya aur takbir uss waqt khatam hoyi ke haath badhaye toh ghutne tak pahunch jaye, namaaz na hogi.

5)  Lafze Allaahu ko Aaallahu ya Akbar ko Aaakbar kaha toh namaaz na hogi agar maafi fasid jaan buch kar kaha toh kafir hai.

6)   Pehle rakaath ka ruku milgaya toh Takbire ulaa ki fazilath pagaya.

7)   Imaam ruku se lafze Sami Allaah kahena shuru kare, uss se pehle tak hum ruku me shamil ho sakte hai, lafze Sami Allaah ke baad shamil huwe toh ruku na hoga.

Namaaz ke Faraayiz:  Namaaz me 7 cheezain Farz hai.
1)   Takbire Tehrima
2)   Qiyaam
3)   Qirat
4)   Ruku
5)   Sajda
6)   Qayidaye Aakhira
7)   Khuroje Bismihi


1)  Takbire Tehrima:  Iske mutaliq Sharayithe namaaz me bataya jachuka hai.

2) Qiyaam:  seedhe khade hone ko Qiyaam kehte hai aur namaaz me itni deir khade rehena hai jitni deir me farz Qirat adaa ho.

1) Bila zarurath bait kar namaaz padhne se namaaz na hogi.

2) Agar itna khada hona mumkin hai ke khade khade takbire tehrima kahelega toh farz hai ke khade hokar takbire kahele aur aub khada rehena mumkin nahi toh bait kar padhe.

3) Nafil namaaz bait kar padh sakte hai, magar afzal ye hai ke khade hokar hi padhe.

3)  Qirat: Qirat uska naam hai ke tamaam harf maqhraj se adaa kiye jaye, ke har harf gair se sahi taur par mumtaz hojaye.

1) Qirat me itni awaaz honi chahiye ke khud sunsake, itni awaaz na hoyi toh namaaz na hogi.

2) Sirri namaazon me Qirat ki awaaz dusron tak na pahunche, issi tarah tasbihath wagaira me bhi iss baath ka khayaal rakhe.

3)  Namaaz ke alaawa bhi jahan kuch kahena ya padhna mukharar hai, yahan bhi yahi muraad hai ke kam-az-kam itni awaaz ho ke khud sunsake.   
Ex: Jaanwar zuba karte waqt Bismillah Allaahu Akbar kehene me.

4)  Muqtadi ko namaaz me Qirat jayiz nahi, chahe Sirri ya Jaheri namaaz ho.

5) Surath milana bhool gaya, ruku me yaad aaya toh khade ho jaye aur sura milaye, phir ruku kare aur aakhir me Sajda sahu kare, agar dubara ruku na karega toh namaaz na hogi.

6)  Fajr ke waqt itna tang hogaya ke sirf ek ek aayath padh sakte hai toh yahi kare.

7)   Qur’aan sharif ko padhna makruh-e-tehrimi hai.
Ex: Pehli rakaath me Qul hu wallaahu ahad aur dusri rakaath me Alamtara ye na jayiz hai agar bhool kar padhe toh kuch haraj nahi.

8)  Agar bhool kar dusri rakaath me pehli rakaath me waali surath shuru kare toh ussi ko poora kare chahe abhi ek hi lafz padha ho.

9)  Agar bhool kar dusri rakaath me, ulti surath shuru kare, toh ussi ko poori kare.
Ex: Pehli rakaath me Qul ya ayyuhal kaafiroon padhe aur dusri me, bhool kar Alamtara shuru kardi toh ussi ko padhe.

10) Darmiyan se ek surath chood kar padhna makruh hai, agar darmiyan ki surath pehli se badi ho toh chood sakte hai maslan Watteen ke baad Inna anzalna padhne me haraj nahi aur izaja ke baad Qul hu wallaahu ahad na padhe.

11)  Sunnaton aur nafil ki dono rakaaton me baraabar ki surath padhe.

Namaaz ke baahar Qur’aan sharif padhne ke Aadab:

12)  Qur’aan sharif dekh kar padhna, zabaani padne se afzal hai.

13)  Qur’aan sharif ki tilawath se pehle Aawuzubillah padhna wajib hai aur surath ke shuru me Bismillah padhna sunnath hai.

14)  Beech me agar koyi duniyavi kaam kare toh phir se Bismillah sharif padhe.

15)  Agar beech me deeni kaam kare jaise salaam ka jawaab diye, ya Azaan ka jawaab, ya Subhanallah kaha toh Aawuzubillah padhna uske zimme nahi.

16)  Gusl khane me ya najaasath ki jagah me Qur’aan majid padhna na jayiz hai.

17) Jab buland awaaz se Qur’aan sharif padha jaye tamaam haazareen par sunna farz hai, jab ke who jamah sunne ki garaz se haazir ho warna ek ka sunna kaafi hai agarche dusre apne kaam me ho.

18)  Sab log jama hai, zoor se padhe ye haraam hai, agar Urs aur Fateha ke moukhe par, sab log zoor se padhte hai ye haraam hai.

19)  Agar chand aadmi padhne wale jama ho hukm hai ke ahista padhe. 

20)  Bazaaron me aur jahan log kaam me lage ho zoor se padhna na jayiz hai, agar log na sunenge toh gunah padhne wale par hai.

21)  Jo shaks galat padhta ho toh sunne wale par wajib hai ke bataade, ba shart hai ke batane ki wajah se keena wa hasad paida na ho.

22)  Qur’aan sharif ko zoor se padhna afzal hai, jab ke kisi namaazi ya bimaar ko ya sone waale ko ya kisi aur ko taklif na ho. 

23)  Qur’aan sharif padh kar bhula dena gunah hai Qiyamath ke din andha, kodi hokar utenga.

24)  Qur’aan sharif ke taraf pit na ki jaaye na paawon phalaye jaaye na paawon uss se uncha kare aur na ye kare ke khud unche jagah par ho aur Qur’aan sharif niche ho

25)  Qur’aan sharif ke upar koyi kitaab na rakhi jaye. 

26)  Qur’aan sharif purana busida ho gaya ho ke padhne ke qabil na raha toh kisi paak kapde me lipat kar ehtiyaat ki jagah, lehad banakar dafan kare ke iss par mitti na padhe, Qur’aan sharif na jalaaye.    

4)   Ruku:  Itna jhukna ke haath badhaye toh ghutne ko pahunch jaaye, ye ruku ka adna darja hai aur poora ye hai ke pit seedhi bichade.

5)   Sajda: 
1) Sajde me peshaani jamna zaruri hai, jamne ke ma’ana ye hai ke zameen ki sakhti mehsoos ho, agar kisi ne iss tarah Sajda kiya ke peshaani na jami toh sajda na hoga.

2) Kisi haraam cheez maslan, ghaas, rooyi, ya qalean ya karpet par sajda kiya toh, agar peshaani jam gayi yani itni dabi ke aub dabane se na dabe toh sajda ho jayega warna nahi.

3) Nook haddi tak na dabi toh namaaz makruh-e-tehrimi, wajibul adaa hogi.

4) Sajde me dono pairon ke ek ek ungli lagna Farz hai, 3-3 ungaliyan lagna wajib hai aur 5(Paanch) ungaliyan lagna sunnath hai.

5) Aaj aksar logon sajde me 3 se kam ungaliyan lagate hai, unki namaaz wajibul adaa hogi phir se dohraana zaruri hai.

6) Qayidaye Aakhira:  Namaaz ki rakaatein poori karne ke baad itni deir tak baitna ke tashahud padhli jaaye Farz hai.   
 
8)  Khuroje Bismihi  Qayidaye Aakhira ke baad salaam ya baath cheeth wagaira koyi aisa kaam kasdan karna jo namaaz se bahar karde.

Wajibaate Namaaz:

1) Farz ki tisri aur chauthi rakaath ke alaawa baaqi namaazon ki har rakaath me Alhamd sharif padhna, Jam surah milana wajib hai.
2) Taadeele arkaan:    Yani ruku, sujood, quma aur jalsa me kam-az-kam ek baar Subhaanallah kehne ke migdar teherna.

3) Quma: Yani ruku se seedhe khada hona baaz log kamar seedhi nahi karte, iss tarah unka wajib tarq ho jaata hai.    

4) Jalsa: Yani do(2) sajde ke darmiyan seedha baitna, baaz log jaldbaazi ki wajah se baraabar seedhe baitne se pehle hi dusre sajde me chale jaate hai iss tarah unka wajib tarq ho jaata hai, chahe kitni jaldi ho sidha baitna laazmi hai.

5) Qaidaye-ulaa: Yani 3 ya 4 ya usse zyada rakaath waali namaaz me har 2 rakaath ke baad Qaida karna, ise Qaidaye ulaa kehte hai aur ye namaaz me wajib hai, agarche nafil namaaz  hi kyou na ho.
Dono Qaida me tashahud mukammil padhna agar ek lafz bhi chuta toh wajib tarq hogaya.

6) Farz, Vitar aur Sunnate muakkida me Qaidaye ulaa me tashahud ke baad kuch na padhna agar bekhayali me Allahumma Swalli ala Muhammadin ya Allahumma Swalli ala syyidina kehliya sajda sahu wajib hogaya agar jaan boochkar kaha toh namaaz ko lautaana wajib hai ya itni deir tak khamush rahe taaki.
Agar yahan tak kahe, Allahumma Swalli ala toh sajda sahu laazim nahi hai.

7)  Vitar me takbire qunnoot aur duwaye qunnoot padhna.

8)  Har Farz wa Wajib ko uski jagah hona.

9) Dusri rakaath se pehle Qaida na karna ya 4 rakaath waali namaaz me tisri rakaath par Qaida karna.

10)  Aayathe Sajda padhi to toh, Sajdaye tilawath karna.
